Shawnda R. Ereth

Shawnda Ereth is a partner with Zuger Kirmis & Smith practicing in the areas of litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, since 1999.  She has represented major insurance companies in a variety of actions, including bodily injury and mass tort litigation, as well as numerous other areas.

Shawnda was born in Miles City, Montana, in 1974. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota in 1995.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law receiving her J.D., with honors, in 1999.

She is married to Dana Ereth and together they are the parents of triplets Addison, Gabrielle, and Bennett.  Shawnda serves as an appointed member to the North Dakota Interagency Council, an advisory board to the Governor of the State of North Dakota, regarding Part B and Part H of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
