Lance D. Schreiner

Lance Schreiner has been a litigation specialist defending physicians and representing hospitals throughout the state of North Dakota for over 25 years. He joined the firm in 1981 after serving as a law clerk to federal judge Bruce M. VanSickle. Lance has been honored by his peers in several national publications including a preeminent AV rating by the nation's leading legal peer review publication, Martindale-Hubbell.

Lance was born and raised in North Dakota. He graduated from Minot High School, obtained a political science degree from the University of Texas Arlington and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law, with distinction, in 1979.

Lance and his wife Phyllis have three children and are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren (and counting). Lance has a great love for the state of North Dakota and when not in court, can be found playing golf at Apple Creek Country Club where he has been a member for over 20 years or in the fields of North Dakota hunting pheasant.
